It was revealed today that a customer service representative for a well known cable TV and internet provider has successfully dealt with a complaint from a customer.
“I could not believe my ears,” the astonished customer told the Daily Chronicle, “My complaint was dealt with swiftly and efficiently and the issue was solved almost immediately.”
“I wasn’t put on hold for 45 minutes, I could understand almost everything the representative said, and I wasn’t cut off abruptly half way through the conversation.”
There have been reports of customer service agents from this organisation solving technical issues before, but most of these are unconfirmed and happened more than 15 years ago.
The company in question cannot be named for legal reasons and many commentators are already claiming that the incident is a hoax.
